Refund Policy: 14-Day Guarantee
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products (the date indicated on your package tracking) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, including the envelope, pouch, accessories, gifts, and tags, to allow for resale in new condition. In this context, you are responsible. The product must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, otherwise the refund may be refused. Any damage to the product during this process may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal and a penalty of up to 20% of the price of the returned products, corresponding to restoration costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and products must be sent back using the shipping company we previously used. All returns must include a tracking number, which you must provide to our customer service in case of a return or exchange request.
To prevent abuse of product returns, we have defined distinct cases with corresponding return fees:

If you no longer want the product, if it is incompatible, or if you have changed your mind, you will bear the return shipping costs. In the case of damage to the product requiring restoration, a penalty of up to 20% of the price of the returned products will be applied for restoration to new condition. Additionally, processing fees of 25% of the total order (excluding shipping costs) will be deducted from the refund. These fees correspond to various costs incurred for your order, including receipt, cleaning, repackaging, and storage. These fees can be waived if you choose to receive a voucher or credit on our site Pearliss.shop.

In the event you wish to exchange the product for a different size or color, the first return is free. For a second exchange, a fee of $7.50 per product will be charged.

In case of a defective product, we will not ask you to return the item. We commit to resending your order via express shipping. If you do not wish to receive a second product, we will ask you to return the package to our reception center at your expense.
For all returns, please email "Pearliss@gmx.com". We will send you the return form and process your request. Please note that postal fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping:
All your orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, and are delivered in France within 5 to 10 business days.
