These general terms of use (referred to as “GTU”) aim to provide a legal framework for the terms of access and use of the site and services by Pearliss and to define the conditions for access and use of the services by the “User.”

Our online store acts as a reseller of products. Delivery and order processing are managed by the supplier Rainmakers Import & Export based in Asia. Pearliss only promotes the products.

Hypertext links may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will exit the Pearliss site. The latter has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot be held responsible for their content.

The publishing company commits to including the member's name next to each use of their publication.

Any content uploaded by the User is solely their responsibility. The User agrees not to upload content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by a harmed third party against the site will be the responsibility of the User.

The User’s content can be deleted or modified by the site at any time and for any reason without notice.

French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 9: DELIVERIES

Products are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes between 5 to 12 days, with a maximum of 20 days. Delivery delays do not qualify for compensation or refunds.

Standard shipping costs are free, with an option for enhanced delivery at a price of $6.90. This delivery guarantees the ability to exchange or refund your product, even if it has already been worn, as well as expedited shipping and handling. Your order will be prioritized by our teams.
